1.Who these terms apply to

Anyone who uses vectisworkshq.com, a site run by Vectis Works, is bound by these terms, and using the site counts as accepting them. If you do not accept them, please stay off the site.

2.What the site is for

The pages explain what Vectis Works offers: dashboards, shop-floor data work, software and automation. No page makes an offer to enter a contract. Work for a client happens under its own written agreement, signed by both sides, and if that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

3.Rules for using the site

Lawful use only. You may not interfere with how the site runs, get into it or its underlying systems without permission, scan it for weaknesses, or scrape its content with automated tools.

4.Content and ownership

Vectis Works or its licensors own everything published here: words, images, logos and the rest. Viewing pages, and printing them for reference inside your own business, is fine. Every other use requires written permission from Vectis Works. Ownership of anything built for a client is decided by that client's written agreement.

5.Sample figures

Where a dashboard, chart or number appears on this site or in the Vectis Works sample dashboard, it is built from representative sample data to show the sort of views Vectis Works produces. None of it is a client's result, and none of it promises an outcome.

6.Emails from Vectis Works

Vectis Works sometimes emails professionals in jobs connected to its services. A reply asking us to stop ends them, whenever you send it. The privacy policy sets out what we hold, its sources and the way to make a request.

7.Links and outside services

Pages here link to vectisworks.com, and the typeface is loaded from Google Fonts. Those outside parties follow their own terms and policies, and Vectis Works carries no responsibility for them.

8.Disclaimer of warranties

The site is offered on an "as available" and "as is" basis, as general information only. Within whatever limits the law sets, Vectis Works disclaims every warranty, whether express or implied, including those of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose, and any warranty that the site will run free of interruptions or errors.

No content here is engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice.

9.Limits on liability

Except where the law forbids it, Vectis Works bears no liability for damages of any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential kind, or for lost revenue, profits, opportunities or data, in connection with your use of the site. For any claim relating to the site, the most Vectis Works owes in total is one hundred US dollars.

10.Indemnity

If your misuse of the site, or a breach of these terms by you, leads to claims, losses or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, you will indemnify Vectis Works, its owners, its team members and its agents, and hold them harmless.

11.Law and disputes

Tennessee law governs these terms, setting aside its rules on conflicts between laws. Disputes about the site or these terms go to arbitration, which is binding, held in Nashville, Tennessee, and run under the American Arbitration Association's rules, unless the law rules arbitration out.

12.Other provisions

Should part of these terms be found unenforceable, everything else still applies. Choosing not to enforce a term at one point does not give it up. Together with the privacy policy, these terms make up the whole agreement between you and Vectis Works concerning the site. The terms may be revised, and the date shown above tells you which version is current.
